A fresh face and new sound is what she’s been called. At the age of eleven Terri Cann asked God for a voice to sing for His glory. Fifteen years later, this Queens native has already gone forth not on her own mission, but God’s, giving joy to thousands and expressing what the Holy Spirit has rooted deep within her. Her unique fusion of neo-soul, pop, rock, and hip hop carries God’s message across the land in an extraordinary way. Her upbeat tracks get crowds on their feet, ready to praise, dance, and shout, while her soothing melodies touch the hearts of both saved and unsaved offering reassurance that God is a loving and merciful God that can fill every void.
Terri believes her God given mandate is to spread the word of God through the arts. She knows that there is work to be done for the good of the Kingdom that constantly inspires her to do what has been assigned to her. Her music is real. Tracks such as “And to You” talks of her genuine love for God.

Her transparency can be seen through every track on her upcoming album “The Reality of it all.” She sings from her own experiences and deals with topics the church seems to shy away from.
Terri has performed in mainstream and gospel off Broadway productions, displaying her acting as well as showcasing her voice in productions such as Dreamgirls, A Raisin in the Sun, and Born to Sing, just to name a few. Her ministry thrives above and beyond the stage with such projects as Unity, a Christian Performing Arts Center that brings the wisdom and discipline of God to youth and young adults through the performing arts. Known for her standout fashion sense and keen business mind, Image of RoyalT Consulting Services was opened in 2010 offering image and performance services to artist. Her performing arts resume is extensive including dance, choreography, writing, and singing background for other artists.
