Derek Ross (The Mighty D. Ross), a native of the DMV (Washington-Metropolitan) area, is a member of ASCAP and is a talented music composer, arranger, and publisher in his own right. Prior to taking on the role of the "lyrical rhyming" recording artist with True Passion Now, Derek released independently online his solo instrumental debut CD in 2010 entitled "From Me To You...The Gift of Digital Jazz."
